T&C was formed to focus on Commercial Real Estate deals in our region. This along with distinctive signage, direct networking, and hardcopy brochure distribution, means that your site will be seen.

As members of ICSC® (International Council of Shopping Centers) and IAMC® (Industrial Asset Management Council) we extend our network to a broad user base, literally across the globe. These professional organizations contain members constantly on the lookout for opportunities to operate in our region. We want to be among those they turn to when a site is needed, when tenant space is being considered, or when a new business or industry has to secure a new location.
