Jeff Willis - Vice President of Development

Jeff has extensive development and construction experience with a focus on the Northeast Tennessee and Southwest Virginia market. He has not only represented retail and investment property clients but has personally participated in assembling commercial deals for many years. This experience contributes to his ability to identify and meet the objectives of those in the market with commercial property needs.

He is the owner of Waterford Homes Development Company contributing his experience in this area to help identify and put together development opportunities for retail, industrial and investment property clients.

Jeff is a native of the Southwest Virginia coalfield town of Clintwood, VA, but grew up in Bristol, TN and moved to Johnson City during college where he earned a BBA from Tusculum College. Jeff resides in Piney Flats on Boone Lake with his wife Tracy, a Speech Language Pathologist for the Sullivan County school system and son Brad.
