Jerry Brock - Vice President of Institutional Sales
Jerry brings a wealth of management and development experience to commercial clients by specializing in representing companies with site acquisition needs, development initiatives, retail and office leasing, and retail/industrial/commercial land sales.
Jerry has held numerous positions within Texas Instruments Corporation (TI), headquartered in Dallas, Texas and also worked for Booz, Allen and Hamilton in Dallas providing management consulting. Most recently he was a founder of n•tara, Inc., a high tech digital media company located in Johnson City, Tennessee and helped with several new company start ups and moves to Johnson City.
During his tenure at TI, Jerry held numerous start up assignments internationally as well as domestic, including Johnson City, Tennessee, Reiti, Italy, and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. He has led the strategic planning cycles for each of his own operations.
He has recently served on the boards of the Johnson City-Washington County Chamber of Commerce, Chairman of the Washington County Chamber Industrial Council, the Northeast Tennessee Tech Council, Junior Achievement, and the University Innovation Park. Other involvement includes the ETSU Foundation, Carespark financial committee, the Med-Tech Advisory Board and is co-chair for the Tri-Cities World Trade Center initiative. He is currently President of the Johnson Rotary Club.
Brock received his B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering from Texas Tech University and an M.S. in Industrial Engineering from Southern Methodist University.
